Professional Condensation Control Services
Simply performing your day to day tasks such as cooking, cleaning and washing can produce upto 10 litres of water a day. The first signs of condensation is often excess water in the air condensating on windows and walls which will lead to mould. This is a common issue in homes all across the UK.
If left untreated the mould in your homes can increase the house dust mite populations and cause your home to become an unhealthy place to live. Condensation can lead to poor physical and mental health, so don't leave it untreated.

How do we solve Condensation in Norwich, Norfolk & Suffolk?
The solution is rather simple actually! Condensation is caused by poor ventilation and air circulation. The moist air is trapped in your home and has nowhere to go, so it settles on surfaces as it cools. To solve this problem we install something called a Positive Input Ventilation system.
What is a PIV System?
You may find that opening your windows just doesn't do the trick, this is where a PIV system comes in. Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) is the most effective method of curing and preventing condensation dampness.
Essentially the concept is to introduce fresh, filtered air into the dwelling at a continuous rate, encouraging movement of air from inside to outside. To achieve this, the unit is mounted in the loft space, drawing air through the filters and inputting it, at ceiling level, into the property.
An integrated heater tempers airflow should the temperature in the loft space drop below a set point, ensuring ultimate comfort in the home.
